Refunds & Returns

Our aim is to exceed customer expectation, we want you to love your purchase. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 3 days of delivery using the contact us page on our website or by emailing Lynz_Ls@hotmail.com.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged

This is very rare, all items are checked before we carefully pack, but should it occur please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures and proof of purchase with your communication. Once a return is approved we will provide a return address and once we receive your return, either despatch a replacement or issue a refund to the same form of original payment, within 14 days. The refund will not include the original delivery charge or your return delivery costs.  

If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your items

We try to include full, detailed descriptions, sizes and pictures so that you can be entirely sure of what you are purchasing. We are always happy to provide pictures from different angles or even videos on request so we hope you are 100% satisfied with your My Little Crystal purchase. If you are not, please contact us to discuss. If a return is approved we would need items returning unused, in their original condition and packaging before issuing a refund to the same payment method originally used, within 14 days. The refund will not include original delivery charge or your return delivery costs.

We will not be able to discuss refunds or returns of goods you have had over 14 days.
